Re: Canceling Adobe Stock subscription will remove your image licenses!?

Hello,

Is this how it works? I buy 10 credits a month and I now have 44 that I have not used. I was going to cancel until I have used up the credits I have bought, but decided to check the internet about what happens to the credits I have already paid for. Am I going to lose them if I don't go on buying more credits? If this is how it works I will have to look for another solution.

Regards,

Pernilla

    Hi Pernilla,

Thanks for reaching out to the Adobe Stock community.

You can use your available licenses as long as your subscription is active, but you forfeit any unused licenses upon cancellation of your subscription.

For more information, you may also refer to Common Questions about plans, purchasing, and availability, Adobe Stock

However, I would like to let you know that the licenses which are already downloaded will always remain in the license history.

So, I would suggest you to download the remaining assets prior to cancelling your Adobe Stock subscription.
