Cancellation has now effected. Nonetheless you have somehow managed to arrange payment through PayPal. Please arrange immediately refund. I find your business methods extraordinary

    I don't understand why I should be required to pursue this matter further by making what you call a "refund related request". You (by that I mean Adobe) have caused PayPal to take money from me for you to which you are not entitled. That, I would have thought it was obvious, creates an obligation on you to refund it without anything further being required from me. Please see that that is done.
