I also had this issue where I can not cancel my 10 images a month. I was charged and would like to cancel and have the charge refunded, else I will be issuing a charge back.

    I have checked your account details and noticed that you had signed up for Adobe Stock 10 images per month(one-year) plan on 01 Apr 2018. You can now self-cancel your Adobe Stock subscription, please follow the steps as mentioned in the help document: Cancel your Adobe Stock membership
