Re: Cannot download licensed video file

I have a similar problem.  I created two videos (one is 57 secs and the other is 33 secs).  I was able to download the 57-sec video, but when trying to download the 33-sec video it stalls.  I have been trying to figure out what is going on for over 4 hours.  Please help.

    The videos were made using Adobe Spark.  How do I find the file ID?

    I'm unable to understand if this is an issue happening with Adobe Spark or the video that you downloaded from Stock website.
