Re: Couldn't cancel and kept getting charged

I had the same issue.  I signed up for a free trial, didn't find anything I liked and cancelled the same day. Kept getting charged monthly and then when i spoke to someone to cancel they said there would be a huge early cancellation fee. Also tried to use their chat which was a joke and kept getting disconnected. Tried again a month later and the link to cancel never worked. Customer service is a total joke!!!!  Seems like they lure you in with a free trial and then try to make it impossible to cancel.  I finally had to dispute it with American Express.
