I have the same issue with file number 69600872.

The preview image is :

But the downloaded file looks like:

I sat on chat for 35 minutes without success getting resolution when I accidentally closed the chat window

    Hi Chuck,

    I apologize for the trouble you faced when you licensed this image.

    I tried to check the same at my end and I agree that it is a different image from what it shows in the thumbnail. Therefore I will be reporting it to the concerned team so that it can be fixed.

    Additionally, I see that you had licensed this file and since it is a faulty image, I have added 1 credit in your account so that you can use a different image.

    Let me know if that helps!
