I too have accidentally downloaded two videos!  I will not use these as they are not what I wanted.

    Hi Kimberly,

    I understand that you've seen other threads where the licenses are giving for such scenario but we only provide exception for the standard assets. Videos are purchased on-demand and you need to contact the support or the refund requests.

    Hi there,

    Is there away to contact Adobe Support directly (e.g. email) and not the forum. I have an Adobe Stock account and I accidentally purchased a photo that I don't need. I have deleted it off my computer. I was wondering if I could be recredited if that is possible. The file number is 282307642. Thanks.

    I've accidentally licensed the wrong image. Is it possible you can credit it back to me? I will of course delete, as we have no use for it.

    Hello, I also accidentally clicked on "License" on two products. 

    Please, cancel it, it as I do not wan't to use them, I licensed them by mistake.

    Hi Michal,

    Sorry for the trouble it has caused to you.

    Since you have accidentally licensed 1 Stock file, I have added 1 image license to your account so that you can use it against a different image.

    I apologize for the troubles here and unfortunately we don't have anyway of unlicensing a file once it has been licensed.

    However, I would request you to Contact Customer Care so that they can hep you better with the refund process if possible.

    The link that was provided just circles me back to this same forum to start over.  I see that others are getting credit for their accidental downloads as a good will gesture.

    I have been a member of Adobe for years and purchase images every week.  Can you please credit me for these two videos?
