I accidentally licensed Married bride and groom dancing - image | Adobe Stock I think I may have done more than one I'll get back in touch. I was trying to save previews and 2 got licensed.

I have checked your account and noticed that the image mentioned above is licensed only once.
Since you have licensed the image unintentionally I have added an image credit to your account so that you can license a different image instead.
