I'm facing the same issue, i signed for a free 30 day trial and ended up paying monthly from june to the actual date.
You guys can check that i just downloaded files during the trial month. Is there any way that my account can get cancelled and proceed to a refund? i feel really scammed about this. I cannot cancel because you guys will charge me for another $59 even that i'm not using and i never used your service after the trial. I'm really disapointed about the situation.

    Hi Rodolfo,

    Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Adobe Stock services.

    I have checked your account details and see that you had subscribed to Adobe Stock subscription plan which has already been cancelled but because you had not used licenses or services of that plan(after the trial), as an exception a refund request has been processed for you.

    The amount would reflect in your account in 5-7 business days.
