I'm having the same issue and there is nowhere to easily report it. If I had all the credits back that I have wasted on "vector" files that end up being a flattened image that someone put in a group to be decietful I'd probably have at least 100 credits back by now. I am careful to read the descriptions and even have my setting to flag me to make sure before I download and still this happens. I wish there was a place to just easily report the item instead of doing what I am now and having to dig through how to even report it.

Hello @vigorandmoxie, I'm not sure I see a license of this asset linked to your account. Possibly you downloaded the preview as mentioned by @Abambo? I checked the licensed vector and can see the expected layers.

You need to licence the item to get a vector asset of that. You are showing here the watermarked preview.

If you find an asset, that is not usable after licensing, report it here, with the asset ID and @Contributor1 will check that and refund the credit, or advice to contact customer support, depending on the asset type.
