Hi Twarita,

I have a problem with the invoice form Adobe. There is a mistake, there is no company name. What can I do with this?

Second problem: I forgot to cancel the trial subscription of Adobe Stock and you have already charged my credit card. I canceled subscription today instead of July 1. Do I still have a chance to get a refund? (unused subscription)???

    Also, I have checked your account details and noticed that you have signed up for Adobe Stock subscription on 3rd of June, 2018. The subscription has been cancelled now.

    Yes, you are eligible for the refund since if you cancel within 14 days after the beginning of the second month’s billing cycle, you’ll be fully refunded.
