Re: Image Downloaded Instead of Saving in Preview Library

Hi Twarita,

I also mistakenly added five images to license when I thought I was only saving the images to preview. I have not downloaded any of the images to my computer. All five images were added on 11/14/18. If possible, please move these five images into a preview mode and restore my five credits. If that is not possible, please delete them from my library. Below are the file numbers:

    Sorry for the trouble it has caused to you.

    Since you have accidentally licensed five Adobe Stock files, I have added 5 image licenses to your account so that you can use them against different images.
