Re: Licensed Image by Accident. Is there a return button?

Hi,

I have just phoned customer services who claimed that they could not issue a refund for this image which I purchased in error:

ADB043559349UK

Can you please look into this and issue me with a refund or credit?

    I checked the file ID and it seems to be an editorial image.

    I'd request you to please Contact Customer Care for refund requests.

    I'm unable to locate this order# under your Adobe ID.

    Can you please confirm me the file Id of the image that you've purchased accidentally?
