Hi Sheena,

I came across this post today as I was googling for what to do/who to contact when you've licensed the wrong image! This happened to me today for the first time in the past couple of years of using Adobe Stock and the 50+ images I've licensed so far.

The image is https://stock.adobe.com/images/children-together-at-school/99365180 - is there any way you can remove it from my license history and credit me back? I would be so greatly appreciative!

Thanks so much,

Fred

    Hi Fred,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums.

Since you have accidentally licensed 1 Stock file, I have added 1 image license to your account so that you can use it against a different image.

    Hope this helps!

Feel free to update this thread in case of any additional questions.

    Hello,

I accidentally licensed the wrong image, how to undo that one to receive the credit back?

    Hi Michael,

I see you have an Adobe account under the same ID as with forums.

Unfortunately, there is no way to unlicense or undo the image of Adobe Stock which has already been licensed, however, could you please share the file ID which you have licensed accidentally so that we can further assist you.

    Regards,

    Twarita
