Subject: Request for Image Licensing Reversal (#521963367)

Dear [Image Licensing Team],

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to request a licensing reversal for image #521963367, which was accidentally licensed with 50 credits. The image was only intended to be used as a preview for layout purposes, and no actual usage has been made.

I apologize for any inconvenience caused and assure you that the image will not be utilized in any commercial or final product. As soon as I realized the error, I ceased using the image and removed it from all relevant materials.

I kindly request your assistance in reversing the licensing and refunding the credits to my account. Your understanding and cooperation in this matter are greatly appreciated.

If there is any additional information needed to facilitate this request, please do not hesitate to contact me.

    There is no possibility to undo licensing. Furthermore, since these assets cost more than one credit, you got asked to confirm the buy. You need to be more careful.

     

    You can contact customer care and try what can be done. You should contact your plan administrator if this is a Teams/Enterprise subscription, so they can contact Adobe customer service.

Pop-up blockers must be disabled, and you must accept cookies. If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
