Mi spiega come è possibile che in meno di 1 mese di prova gratuita io abbia già la fattura? Non è passato 1 mese ancora, ma non riesco a disdire quella prova gratuita. È come fosse già scattato l'abbonamento annuale!! Come è possibile? Come posso fare?

Sorry to hear that you had a poor experience and felt that you were locked into an annual contract with Adobe Stock.

I believe you had opted for the promo offer on Adobe Stock as here: Adobe Stock 30-day trial - Get 10 Stock images free. | Adobe Stock . When you subscribe to the promo offer the first month is a free trial, Adobe doesn't charge you for the 1st month; the subscription billing actually starts from the second month.

Io NON riesco a disdire né a bloccare.

Non riesco a modificare il "metodo di pagamento " dal cellulare, credo per problemi di compatibilità con vostro browser.
