Hi

I also have a similar issue with PS stock image FILE #: 229812894

The main screen shows one gift tag and then the preview shows 2 more, which i find more interesting and were the reason I chose this file. But when I open it in PS i only see the one tag

Can you help me please?

Hi Tony,

Sorry to hear that you are facing issues with Adobe Stock services.

I have downloaded and opened the image in Photoshop at my end and did not encounter any issues since the licensed version(229812894) of the file is similar to the preview.

Could you please share a screenshot of the difference which you see in the preview version and the licensed version of the said file so that we can assist you further?

Thanks for getting back to me

When I open in PS, I get what is attached as 'PS screenshot', but the preview also shows what's in the image that I called 'Missing Tags' I don't think I'm missing any layers, I just cant see the other 2 tags
