If you are cropping the Adobe Stock file into 16:9 panorama, then you will not be requiring an image credit since you are cropping most part of the image, so the picture becomes modified and the credit line becomes optional.
(Note: you only need to credit the photographer when you use an unmodified image from Adobe Stock).
As per the second query, no you cannot include a logo on an unmodified image of Adobe Stock. You need to have complete ownership of the image you use for your company logo since logos are intended to be registered and protected to prevent other companies or organizations from using the same image. Because Adobe Stock only grants a right to use images and does not transfer the ownership, these images cannot be used in or as a logo. Please refer to Common Questions, Adobe Stock for more details.
