Question

Receipts for extended image purchase?

I purchased six images with an extended license and I would like to use them on a game that I am designing at GameCrafter.com.  The game site requests receipts showing that I have purchased the extended licenses for these images.  But Adobe Stock does not issue such receipts.  My only receipt is a receipt for my payment to the subscription service. The best I can apparently do is to provide the game site with a screen shot of the relevant portions of my license history.

This seems like a very awkward, insecure and potentially time-consuming way of proving my right to the images.  I suppose GameCrafter will accept it, but it seems makeshift.

Since the whole point of a stock photo site is to grant licenses, I think it should be easier to prove to others that one has actually done so, without having to compile a set of screenshots for the purpose.

Is there any other way for me to prove my ownership of my images except by taking screen shots of the releveant portions of my license history?

Your license history will show you the assets you've licensed. If you require further assistance please contact customer care.

Thanks. Yes, I know that the license history shows purchases.  But do I really have to take screenshots of all the extended licences in the license history?  There should be a receipt from Adboe that demonstrates that I have purchased the extended license for given pictures.  I have already contacted customer serivice twice and they've been unable to help and given me contradictory information -- and in one case just stopped responding to me.

I'm not sure why this is such a big secret. Surely almost every purchaser of an extended license has to show that they have licnsed an image.  It seems odd to prove that by providing a screenshot that could easily be fabricated.
