Received Wrong Image

Hi there, I licensed image #114800743 but received a different image when the file was downloaded. Can you please assist? Thank you!

Hi Laine,

We have decided to remove the file for now from the Adobe Stock website since the file appears to be faulty. We will be contacting the contributor in order to correct the file. Please note that the file will remain unavailable now.

There was another similar image but the formatting is completely different than others that I've licensed from this artist and it's unusable. Is there any way to obtain the actual image on this one?

Hi Laine,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

I licensed and downloaded the same file at my end and can confirm that the image is different from what appears in the preview mode.

So, I have added an image license to your account so that you can use it against a different image.
