Récupération crédits après changement licence

Bonjour,

Nous avons renouveller notre licence et du coup nous n'avons plus accès aux crédits qu'ils nous restaient avec la précédente.

Comment les remettre sur la nouvelle licence ?

Si vous avez changé votre suscription vers une souscription moins chère, vous perdez effectivement les crédits accumulés.

Do you mean subscription (rather than license)? Did you renew your subscription with the same email address? If you have more than one Adobe account you might be looking at the wring one.
