Hola buenas.

If you get an early termination fee, you are past of your initial month and the 14 days of grace period for cancelling without a fee. But looking at the charge, I find that you are in your second month. So, I have no clue what is going on and why you are not eligible for the 14-day grace period. That is only the case, when you were not eligible for the free test because you took it twice.

I suggest, you contact customer service on this. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen.
