refinding an image

I downloaded an image, along with several others, to test which one looked the best. At one point they were all in my CC library. When I came back later, my CC library was empty. I have the image I want to use in my document, but don't know how to go about finding it again so I can license it..please help. Thank you

One method I would like to suggest is to capture the image of what you have - save it as image file - then use image search feature in stock web.
