I tried the Adobe Stock trial but didn't find it necessary for me. So I canceled the subscription on September 20th —Or, I thought I did! There must have been a confusing step and I didn't fully cancel it because I just realized I was charged $29.99 in October and November.

 

I'm trying to cancel it, but it's saying I'll be charged $59.98 if I cancel.

 

How can I cancel this without a charge and get those 2 months refunded?
