Dear adobe community, 

Warm greetings,

I cancelled my sybscription on November 21, 2022 and the system showed that I will receive a refund of 800.36 Thai Baht within 5 business days. However, I have not received it yet. I paid via my debit card in Thailand. Would you please check the status of my refunding?
