When did you cancel? Refunds are processed manually and take up to ten business days. And refunds are only paid, when you cancelled a new subscription in the first 14 days, not when a subscription renewed.

OK, that's good news for you. But you should read the full message: “it can take up to 5 business days for your refund to appear on your bank statement.

 

This means that when you cancelled today, you will need to wait until Friday at latest to have the refund on your account. If it isn't there on Friday, I suggest to contact Adobe customer care on the Monday after to check the details.
