Question

refund

One time I downloaded a photo from adobe stock, but then I didn't see any information about the start of the trial period or the like. After some time, 2 days ago, I received information from my bank that I had been charged for Adobe Stock. I immediately canceled my subscription and would like to know if there is a refund for this accidental subscription?

The trial period starts immediately and is for 30 days. Thereafter, the paid subscription automatically starts, you won't get notified about that. You got, however, all the dates in the welcome e-mail that Adobe did send you. If you have cancelled the subscription within the first 14 days after the start of the paid subscription, the amount already paid will be automatically refunded. You can check if the cancel was successful, by going to your account at https://account.adobe.com/plans. You should not find an Adobe stock plan there.

If the plan has not been cancelled, you should contact Adobe customer care. Important: Adobe does NOT contact you unsolicited by e-mail or direct message. If you get contacted by direct message from a person, claiming to be an Adobe employee, look at that profile and look, if they bear the “Adobe Employee” marking under their name. Adobe support does not use Skype to give you support.

If in doubt, ask the forum.
