I accidentally purchased an Adobe Stock subscription during an attempt to buy a a subscription for photoshop and different applications. When I noticed the charges months later, I am not sure what to do or how to cancel the subscription and get a refund. This seems implausible and is incredibly frustrating. I've now paid $30/month for 4 months on an annual plan for something that I have no clue what it is, I have never used adobe stock and do not plan to. Help?

I didn't realize that I had purchased this plan and now I have a $136 dollar cancelation fee if I want to end my subscription.

Contact customer care and plead your case. After five months a refund would be difficult, but as you did not use the stock subscription, and as you have a different subscription for other Adobe products, I think you will have good arguments. Stay friendly, it helps. 🙂

If in doubt, ask the forum.
