Dear Sir/Madam,

 
I just found that your company auto order for me but not request from me and did not use before! There are from July 2023 to today! Please cancel it and refund to me! There are $158 and $368 per each month ! I never request for automatic! Please follow!

I do not know of which auto order you are talking about, but Adobe does not creates auto orders. Also, there is no way, my credit card gets charged for $500+ a month for nearly a year, without me remarking that. For cancelling the plan, you go to https://account.adobe.com/plans and click manage plan for the plan you want to cancel. 

 

If that does not work for you, contact Adobe customer care. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
