Can someone help me to get the refund, im from philippines and used gcash for the payment and still havent received any confirmation or refund detail. i cancel my subscription from adobe stock. its on 9th day and tomorrow will be the 10th day. Can someone assists?? Thanks

Refunds take up to 10 business days (that's at least 2 full weeks, if there is not a holiday in between). Refunds are issued the same way you did your payment. If you have doubts about the refund happening, you need to contact Adobe customer care. 

 

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled, you need to accept cookies! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device and/or browser to start the interaction.
