I signed up for a trial with you, but then I didn't want to continue using it, but I didn't cancel the trial, so my account was deducted, and not only that, I was deducted for 2 consecutive months. How can I get my money back?

For annual subscription plans, if you canceled within 14 days of your initial contract, you could get a refund.
Since you've already used it for two months, you won't get a refund.
You can cancel from your Adobe account page, but a cancellation fee will be charged.
