First: Did you take (recently) a Adobe Creative Cloud subscription, or a single App subscription? If you did, you may have added the free 30-day test subscription of Adobe stock, that converts automatically in a full for pay one-year subscription, if not cancelled before the end of the test subscription. You have gotten an e-mail confirmation at the time, you took that subscription.
Second: after the 30 days, you will get charged, but you still can cancel free of charge during the first 14 days of your subscription and you will be refunded. Passed this period, you will have a full one-year subscription, that may be cancelled early, by paying half of the remaining due as cancellation fee.
You can check the status of your subscriptions by going to https://account.adobe.com/plans.
To cancel your membership, I would like to refer to the following document: https://helpx.adobe.com/stock/kb/cancel-membership-subscription-stock.html
If you want to contact Adobe customer service, check that page, right, bottom. You will see a callout-icon to contact customer service via chat. If, after the initial questions from the chatbot, you do not get connected to an agent, type "agent". The chatbot prefers simple straight answers, do not try with complicated explanations of your situation. That won't be very helpful.
