Refund after cancellation didn't work

I tried the free trial with the intent of cancelling it as soon as I downloaded the image. Unfortunately, it wouldn't let me cancel. Because of this, I have now been charged £23.99 for a single image. I would like an immediate refund.

But were you able to cancel now? The free trial is 30 days and if you cancel in the first 14 days of the paid subscription you will get a refund. Cancel your Adobe Stock membership
