refund for a subscription

Hello. I would like to get a refund on a subscription to Adobe Stock, which I had forgotten to cancel and have not used at all. I tried a trial, but would like to stop using Adobe Stock for now. Would really appreciate a refund for a new (second) month. Was trying to contact your using live chat, but no one replied me back.

Please contact Adobe customer service for this. On the chat, the Virtual assistant always responds, typing "agent" calls an agent on the line. Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction.
