Question

Refund for an accidentally licenced a photo not noticing that it would take for 67 credits

Hello

I normally licence photos and assumed each standard download is 1 credit.

In the process of downloading I overlooked that this image is for 67 credits. It is picture #336181335

How can I get a refund? It is a bit misleading and feels like having fallen in a trap, as often one clicks instictively where and how is used to most often.

Many thanks for any support.

Hello @Edoardo98A4, Sorry but I don't have the ability to give credits for this license type. I recommend reaching out to Adobe customer care who has the best ability to help resolve this for you:

Adobe customer care can be contacted by beginning a secure chat session at https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html?rghtup=autoOpen. Pop-up blockers need to be disabled! If the chat window fails to open, or is non-responsive, use a different device to start the interaction. Also, if you don’t see the chat feature you may need to accept all adobe cookies.
