Refund for renewing trial subscription
Hello. I'm reaching out for help with the subscription. On 24th of November I ordered Adobe Stock, one free month with annual commitment after this trial. 2 days ago I was charged by it. I reached to support if I can cancel the subscription and get a refund. That is what I understand from Legal Terms of Adobe. I was told that from this moment I am committed anually and there is no way for me to cancel the subscription. I wasn't aware of the note that within 14 days after the second month billing cycle I can still cancel the subscription. I agreed to coninue the subscription with some free months gift. Then I reached out to second assistant, after reading this thread: https://community.adobe.com/t5/stock/refund-on-an-unintentional-purchase-of-adobe-stock/td-p/9988035... He ignored my ask for explanaition why were I given the wrong information and then he left the chat. I wanted to ask him if he can cancel my subscription since there are 2 days after second billing cycle not 14. What can I do now? Where can I reach out for an explanaition? I am not willing to have annual commitment if the Legal Terms say I can cancel it.
