Refund for stock image

I was given wrong information by an adobe rep, and immediately tried to get the image returned and a refund so that I could purchase the correct image. I've had one very ardous phone call, then 2 chats with no results.  I can send you the transcripts if neccessary.

My original order is #ADD007434000,

The stock image is #110453712.

and the Adobe Case: 0188644551

All I want is a refund in a timely manner so that I can purchase the correct image.  It's been over a week with no conclusive information.

    I need help for a refund as well.  I have now been on hold for 90 minutes with Adobe and also PM you, not sure it went through.  I need a refund on order ADD1530500 please.  I went ahead and purchased the correct image this afternoon.
