Refund if did not use Stock?

I have been a customer of Adobe Stock for over a year. I am subsribed to a plan that includes 10 files/month download. However, I have never used it, not downloaded a single file. So I just realized that I've been paying the monthly fees for several months without using the service. Moreover, I have searched on the Adobe platform, I can't find a contact for the department/team in charge of this type of issues. Is there anyone, either among the users community or the Adobe team, who can help me with this: where I can address to solve this problem, and if it is possible to get a retroactive refund for the months I did not use the service?

Thanks in advance for your help.
