Refund Not Received + No ARN Provided. Delayed over a month! Need Escalation Guidance

I’m posting here because I have not received my refund, and Adobe support has stopped responding to my requests for the ARN tracking number. I have reached out multiple times over Twitter and email, but there has been complete silence from the support team. Just plain ghosting.

 

It has now been over a month. My bank has specifically asked me for the ARN to trace the refund, but Adobe has not shared it. What is going on? Why is the tracking number not being provided? This delay and lack of transparency is extremely concerning.

My refund amount is INR 18,093.87, and I want my money back.

Purchase Order: HB03867600003CIN

Adobe has shared the credit invoice, which only confirms that a refund was initiated. However, they have still not provided the ARN or any actual refund tracking information, which is what the bank needs to locate the payment.

 

Can anyone here guide me on how to escalate this issue with Adobe?
If there is still no response, is there any legal remedy available? Because this situation is clearly not normal and seems fishy.
