Refund on Licensed Image

Hi, I recently licensed this (182864892) image, and after licensing the image is very pixelated. Was hoping we could be refunded the credit used. Please let me know.

Hi,

This file is available as an Illustrator/.EPS file or a JPEG. If you open the .eps file in Photoshop it will be very pixelated. You will need to open the .jpg in Photoshop or the .eps file in Illustrator. Also make sure you have the latest version of Photoshop and/or Illustrator.
