Hello team,

May I know why the support told my that:

You are not eligible for refund , if you cancel now, you will be charged USD 164.95 and this amount will get debited from your account that is why I am helpin you the free days so that you will not be charged this amount . May I know how you wish to proceed ?

Why I have to pay 164.95$ if I cancel the monthly plan?

And why the system charge four times as policy, the system will charge the card three times then cancel the plan. But the system charge me at the 15 days of the month. while I didn't want to upgrade the plan from trial plan. And i want to refund, then the support told me:

Thank team.

Based on what i'm seeing, it appears thats you subscribed to a trial plan and forgot to cancel it on time, thats why you've been charged.

Please contact customer care, https://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html and explain that you have not used any of the paid quota of your subscription. Click on the chat icon in the lower right portion of the page. This sounds correct (obviously I can't check the numbers, I am not staff). You sign up for an annual plan, and get a big discount. If you cancel early Adobe could charge you for the whole year, but they give a generous 50% discount.  I guess you left it too late to cancel the trial.  WARNING: if Adobe offer you free days/months, and you accept, then you are NOT cancelled, and the year will start again (with maximum penalty) at the end of the free time.
