My trial ended last year but I couldn't cancel the subscription on My Account and Adobe continuously tried to get my money from my account, so I had to lock my credit card.

Well, check the terms and conditions, that got e-mailed to you the moment you took the trial. It says that if not cancelled before the end of the trial, you would get charged for an annual subscription of Adobe stock. So, it's normal that Adobe wants to charge your credit card, as they did not get notice from you that you wanted to cancel.
Last month, I received an email that my subscription had been suspended as my payment couldn't be made.

That's a clear reaction to Adobe's inability to charge your credit card.
Today, I lost 22.99$ as I forgot to lock my card while I didn't have any demand to use Adobe.

You did not yet cancel your subscription. And by the way, you can't cancel it if you have outstanding invoices.
Adobe makes me feel like I was scammed...

Check the terms and conditions. You agreed upon those terms, and they are not that difficult to read and understand.
Because I couldn't contact any real agent on the Adobe chatbot

Type “agent” after the initial questions and you will get connected to an agent. Adobe may be able to help you on a goodwill basis.
