I tried using Adobe for something but realized that I didn't need it. I was late to cancel my subscription and had to pay the cancelation fee. It is possible to get a refund for this fee?

I would doubt this.

You have 14 days after your paid subscription starts to cancel free of charge, and to get a refund. Passed this timeframe, you have a renewable annual subscription that you can cancel any time by paying an early termination fee of half of the remaining due. This is part of the terms and conditions that you have explicitly agreed upon, and which were send to you by mail, the moment you took your subscription.

(As a matter of fact, I'm not an Adobe employee)
