Refund request

You need to cancel during the first 14 days of your paid subscription and you will get automatically refunded. If you cancel before the paid subscription starts, there won't be a charge. If you cancel after the 14 days, you'll have an annual subscription that you can cancel anytime, but there won't be a refund, and you will need to pay half of the remaining dues.

Hey, I'm on a simmilar spot, I cancelled the free trial and they still charged me but I cant find any real person to chat or mail with from adobe, please if you have some contact info of adobe that they respond to would be very helpful.
