I am reaching out regarding an accidental purchase of an extended license for an AI-generated image, which was charged €63. I mistakenly believed that I was purchasing a full plan granting access to Adobe’s extensive graphics library, which I intended to use for website creation projects. While I found the cost higher than anticipated, I opted to proceed, assuming it covered broader access to multiple resources.

Only after the transaction did I realize the purchase applied to a single AI-generated image rather than the comprehensive plan I thought I was selecting. For a student like myself, this cost is substantial, and my misunderstanding was significant, as I was under the impression that the pricing structure indicated something entirely different.

I genuinely value Adobe products and wish to support them fairly, but I feel this situation was a result of unclear or misleading plan descriptions. I kindly request a refund for this purchase, as the product I accidentally bought does not align with my needs or original intent.
