Hello there
Can anyone help me understand why it was refused?

The first frame opens with ELCOM, instead of the entire word fading in at the same time, along with the W and the E.

Side note: Adobe recommends that videos have 1 to 5 seconds of video called "editing handles, or "extra frames" to provide room for editing, such as adding smooth transitions.
