Remove a license accidentally purchased

I've heard that purchased assets are non-refundable unless there's a problem with the asset itself. Please contact customer support, not the community forum.

If you were going to purchase with credit card it’s $100. 360 credits is almost $3,000. How is this fair in the slightest????
