Remove license of accidentally purchased image

Hi,

 

I have licensed an image that was worth 48 credits! 

 

#294710563

 

I would like to remove this was not something I wanted.

This is a premium asset. You got asked if you wanted to license that premium asset beforehand. You got warned that it will cost more than one credit. You should really be more careful.

 

If there is a solution, you need to ask Adobe customer support to help you.

 

If you have a Teams or Enterprise plan, you need to ask a plan administrator to contact Adobe customer support on your behalf via the admin console (https://adminconsole.adobe.com/support)

 

If you have an individual plan, have a look at this:

Hi, 

 

Thanks for your response. I am normally careful and have been for many years so being told off for a mistake, I find is a little uncalled for. Regrding the chat - I have been on the chat but for some reason everytime a representative has been connected, they have disappeared - not sure what is going on here.

The chat works fine for me, so I have no idea what's going on. But customer support is the only way to get help. Try using the twitter option.
