When you contact contributor support, be sure you indicate the asset number for which asset you are requesting the refund of your credits.

have you checked the approved content , what adobe stock moderation team is doing for approving such garbage content into collection,

You need to contact your customer service representative at Contact Adobe support. At the bottom center of the page at the top of the gray area is a Contact Us link to open the chat.
