Report Misleading Stock Image

Hi!

Product 1552032512 says it's a vector, but when you download it's just an image inside a AI archive that you can't edit or change in any way.

I've noticed that this has become a common practice on this site now.... is this against the rules, or not? Reminds me of the people uploading AI images without tagging them as such, which I believe is actually against the rules (right?). Can something be done about it?
